PhilTV: L'Amourita and cooperative financing

King 5 came to talk to Phil and our neighbor Georgia about the financing that enabled us all to put a new roof on L'Amourita, our beautiful but leaky 1908 cooperative apartment building.



Man, Phil is one handsome building president.
