I don't have any white shoes

... but if I did, and I liked the way they looked, I'd be wearing them all the time. For example, this great pair of Paul Smith oxfords:

Yet again, the wonderful Manolo addresses the issue of the white shoes and the idiocy of thinking that there's an appropriate time to wear them. I can't believe I still hear people talk about it.

As always, the correct response when faced with an arbitrary meaningless rule intended mainly to enforce social distinctions is: Says who?
