Bootycamp: Time to get serious

Motivatingest scene ever.
Time to face the facts: I'm 10 pounds heavier than I would settle for, 15 pounds heavier than I would like to be, and unfortunately about 20+ pounds heavier than I was when I bought the clothes I love most. (I was too thin then, I think.)

Today I signed up for Southside Bootycamp: Starting 22 September, I'll be doing group training four days a week, for four weeks, in Seattle's Volunteer Park. Monday-Thursday, 6:15 AM.

Four weeks of early nights and clean living won't kill me. I guess. Updates to come.

I'm exactly the same - and will stay that way till I find me a booty camp nearby.

For me it's about 28lbs - so booty camp and calorie reduction will have to be the twin-pronged approach. However strangely one week of having a job and all my clothes are looser. I don't want to stand on the scales in case it kills the hope seeding inside that I might just lose it without the effort!!!

BTW Riona you're really starting to look like Jodie Foster!
